Zangar: Year 5 Annual Report (Final Report)
This report presents findings and outcomes from the Zangar initiative. Launched in 2015 with partner Chevron, this five-year, community-driven initiative equipped young men and women in the Atyrau region of Kazakhstan with skills and support to find and keep jobs. The initiative had two key strategies: creating an environment supportive of youth learning and professional skill-building and expanding programming for life skills and science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education.
