Eloise DiCola

Innovation Officer United States
Eloise DiCola Headshot

Eloise joined IYF in 2025 as a Program Officer on the Innovation team, where she helps research and test new systems that turn market disruption into opportunity for young people. She manages product development processes, coordinates partners, and contributes to the creation of IYF’s foresight tools—tracking labor-market shifts and transforming insights into bold, practical solutions for the future of work.

Eloise brings a deep commitment to youth empowerment, international collaboration, and inclusive systems change. She graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with degrees in International Affairs and Spanish, earning certificates in Mediation and Peace, Conflict, and Security. Her experience spans youth education, global mobility, and community health—from supporting CIEE’s study abroad programs in Spain to interning at a sexual healthcare clinic and completing a mediation apprenticeship.

A year living in Seville, Spain, allowed her to become fluent in Spanish and volunteer in local schools teaching English, deepening her commitment to education and youth engagement. Eloise thrives on connecting ideas, people, and systems—and believes that when young people gain the skills to navigate change, they don’t just adapt to the future—they help shape it.
