In Brazil, A Holistic Approach to Job Readiness

Over 15 years, Rede Cidadã, a national civil society organization in Brazil, has trained over 60,000 youth in work-readiness skills and placed them in jobs and/or apprenticeships. Here Ricardo and Caroline share how they benefited from Rede Cidadã’s holistic approach, which includes soft skills training, movement, breathwork, and other creative strategies that help youth set goals, overcome obstacles, and relate in positive ways to others.
