This report presents findings from labor market and youth surveys conducted in Rwanda in Spring 2011. It provides overall analysis of the mismatch between technical training programs and labor market demands. It also highlights entrepreneurship opportunities available for young people in the ICT, health, and agriculture sectors. The report was prepared by PPM Consulting in Rwanda on behalf of the International Youth Foundation.
