This article by Luis Alberto Moreno appeared in the Summer 2008 edition of YOUth magazine. Moreno is President of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). In this article, he discusses the importance of creating multi-stakeholder partnerships that bring together the public and private sectors in order to take effective models to scale and reach more of those in need.
